Rich Hill

Rich Hill, senior vice-president, is head of real estate strategy and research at Cohen & Steers, responsible for identifying allocation opportunities in both listed and private real estate and related thematic and strategic research. He has 23 years of experience. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Hill was a managing director and head of commercial real estate research at Morgan Stanley, where he was responsible for public REIT equity research, CRE debt strategy and macro property research. Previously, he was a director at RBS Securities and a vice president at Bank of America Corporation. Hill has a BSBA from Georgetown University and is based in New York.
