TD Asset Management Inc. has appointed Highstreet Asset Management Inc. as portfolio advisor of TD Private Canadian Strategic Opportunities Fund, effective Feb. 16. Highstreet is a London, Ont.-based institutional manager founded in 1998. Highstreet replaces KBSH Capital Management Inc.
