They hope to have a decision by early December.<BR><BR>The UK\u2019s Financial Services Authority reported that the chairman\u2019s committee of the Euronext regulators met to consider the potential combination of the NYSE and Euronext into NYSE Euronext.<BR><BR>\u201cThe regulators are in the process of analyzing a report from the joint taskforce, which was set up earlier this year to consider the potential combination,\u201d it reports. \u201cCurrently the regulators are in the process of finalizing their considerations. The Euronext regulators expect to come to the conclusion of their considerations, at the latest by early December.\u201d<BR><BR>The proposed deal was announced on June 1. It imagines the creation of a holding company incorporated in the U.S., the shares of which would be listed on NYSE and on Euronext Paris.
