Prior to that he chaired a task force with the mandate to revise the Advocis Code of Professional Conduct. Before joining the Advocis board, Lockhart was part of the North Okanagan chapter board for eight years. Lockhart first joined Advocis as an independent practitioner in 1985.<\/p>\n<p> Members of Advocis elected Lockhart as chairman on November 19, along with eight other board members.
