Toronto-based Aequitas NEO Exchange Inc. launched last month, enabling members of the Toronto-based Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada to trade on Aequitas’ two trading books – the Lit Book and the NEO Book – as well as using the platform as a crossing facility. Aequitas offers trading in securities listed on its platform, and is phasing in securities from the Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange.
