McLeish chairs Dundee

Robert McLeish is the new independent chairman of Dundee Corp.’s board. He replaces Ned Goodman, who will remain a director of the company and will continue in his other roles at the firm, including as CEO of Goodman Merchant Capital Inc. McLeish has been the lead director of Dundee and is a member of the board’s audit committee, corporate governance and nominating committee as well as chairman of the board’s compensation committee. As well, Normand Beauchamp has resigned his seat and will be replaced by Virginia Gambale, founder and managing partner of Azimuth Partners LLC, a strategy and advisory firm. Dundee’s board also has announced it expects to make further appointments.
