McDougall joins RJ

Craig McDougall has joined the investment-banking team of Toronto-based Raymond James Ltd. in the role of senior managing director and head of the firm’s mergers and acquisitions (M&A) business in Canada. McDougall’s experience in this area includes 17 years as head of M&A at Montreal-based National Bank Financial Ltd. and three years as vice president and director of M&A for the Toronto offices of Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Group Inc. McDougall was principal of corporate finance for Ernst & Young LLC’s Canadian operations in Toronto for four years prior to his role at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell. McDougall is a chartered accountant and past president and board member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators.
