Neil Gross is the new executive director at the Toronto-based Canadian Foundation for Advancement of Investor Rights (a.k.a. FAIR Canada). The veteran securities lawyer takes over from Ermanno Pascutto, who founded the organization in 2008. Gross has been practising law for more than 30 years and is experienced in representing both investors and investment professionals. Pascutto remains active at FAIR Canada in his role as a board member.
