DUCA Financial Services Credit Union Ltd. has announced that Richard Senechal has been appointed president and CEO. Senechal had been filling the role of CEO as transitional director since Jack Vanderkooy stepped down as head of the Toronto-based credit union earlier this year. Senechal, who has an MBA from York University in Toronto, has served on DUCA’s board for more than 30 years. DUCA also has announced that it has joined Vancouver-based Central 1 Credit Union, the provincial central for Ontario and British Columbia credit unions.
