Two new directors have joined the board of National Bank of Canada, based in Montreal. Raymond Bachand is a former member of the Quebec national assembly. He held several ministerial positions, including minister of finance from 2009 to 2012 and minister of revenue from 2010 to 2012. Karen Kinsley’s professional background includes serving as president and CEO of Canada Mortgage and Housing Corp. In 2011, she oversaw the implementation of a $4-billion dollar economic stimulus package from the federal government.
