Toronto-based Starlight Investments Capital LP (Starlight Capital), a subsidiary of real estate investment firm Starlight Group Property Holdings Inc., has added two investment managers to its team. Varun Anand joins Starlight Capital as portfolio manager of Starlight Global Infrastructure Fund, which invests in global companies with either direct or indirect exposure to infrastructure; this fund has the objective of providing investors with regular income. Michelle Wearing joins Starlight Capital as associate portfolio manager. She will work on Starlight Global Real Estate Fund, which invests primarily in global real estate investment trusts (REITs) and equities issued by corporations participating in the residential and commercial real estate sector; this fund’s objective is to provide investors with regular income.
