Toronto-based Sprott Asset Management LP has launched four corporate-class funds. Dennis Mitchell, senior vice president and senior portfolio manager at Sprott, will manage the funds using his focused business investing strategy. Sprott U.S. Focused Dividend Class Fund invests primarily in a diversified portfolio of dividend-yielding U.S. equities. Sprott U.S. Focused Balanced Class Fund invests largely in U.S. fixed-income securities along with equities. Sprott Global Focused Dividend Class Fund, as its name suggests, achieves its investment objective by investing primarily in a diversified portfolio of dividend-yielding global equities. Sprott Global Focused Balanced Class Fund invests mostly in a portfolio of global equities and fixed-income securities.
