Investors Mortgage Fund has undergone changes that will see a reduction in its mortgage content and an increase in its investments in fixed-term and liquid debt securities. The fund’s fee structure is being revised, including a reduction in the management fee, which is expected to lower the fund’s MER over time. The fund has also been renamed Investors Mortgage and Short-Term Income Fund to reflect its new mandate. Investors Group Inc. is also merging IG AG International Bond Fund and IG Templeton World Bond Fund into Investors Global Bond Fund. The merged funds were structured to meet foreign-content rules that have been subsequently abolished.
