Toronto-based AGF Management Ltd. has appointed Tony Genua as senior vice president and lead portfolio manager of AGF American Growth Class Fund and AGF RRSP American Growth Fund, effective immediately. The firm says Genua, based in Toronto,
will head the AGF U.S. equity team and lead the co-management responsibilities, along with Cameron Scrivens, on AGF Global Technology Class, AGF MultiManager Class, AGF RRSP MultiManager Fund and AGF Special U.S. Class. Prior to joining AGF, Genua managed the U.S. growth fund at KBSH Capital Management Ltd. Before that, he was a vice president at Scotia Investment Management for 10 years, a portfolio manager at Canada Trust and
a strategist for RBC Dominion Securities in New York. He
replaces Steve Rogers.
