New funds from WisdomTree

WisdomTree Asset Management Canada Inc., based in Toronto, has launched two new “smart beta” ETFs, bringing the firm’s total Canadian complement to eight. WisdomTree Yield Enhanced Canada Aggregate Bond Index ETF provides unitholders with income potential by tracking the price and yield performance of the Bloomberg Barclays Canadian aggregate enhanced yield index. This index is a broad-based benchmark that includes government-related corporate issues from developed and emerging market issuers, as well as treasuries. WisdomTree Yield Enhanced Canada Short-Term Aggregate Bond Index ETF follows the price and yield performance of the Bloomberg Barclays Canadian short aggregate enhanced yield index. This index follows a rules-based approach that re-weights the sector, maturity and credit quality of the Bloomberg Barclays Canadian aggregate index across various subcomponents to enhance yield maturing in one to five years.
