Oakville, Ont.-based Harvest Portfolios Group Inc. now offers an ETF focused on Europe. Harvest European Leaders Income ETF, which offers Class A units, invests in large-cap companies in the domestic European market. The ETF’s securities are selected using a quantitative screening process. For example, each holding must have a market capitalization of at least 10 billion euros, and more than 33% of the company’s most recently reported revenue must be derived from Europe. The final 25 securities are selected based on further fundamental financial analysis. Harvest fund portfolio managers may write covered-call options on up to 33% of the ETF’s securities. The ETF’s management fee is 0.75%.
