BMO Global Diversified Fund has been renamed BMO Concentrated Global Balanced Fund. Toronto-based BMO Investments Inc. announced the name change alongside management-fee reductions to certain series of the fund, a portfolio manager change and a proposed new series launch for the fund: F6, a cash-flow option series. The investment strategies of the fund also have changed. Management fees for A-class, T5-class, T6-class and advisor series units have been reduced to 1.6% from 2%. The management fee on Series D was reduced to 0.85% from 1.25%. Guardian Capital LP has taken over from Matthews International Capital Management LLC as a portfolio manager of the fund, effective Nov. 15, while BMO Asset Management Inc. remains a portfolio manager.
