The Univeris Corp. report draws on Advisor Impact Inc.’s Advisor Impact client index, which contains data from surveys of more than 53,000 clients.

The Univeris report focuses on the 14,000 Canadian clients who responded to Advisor Impact surveys in the past three years.

Client satisfaction was examined separately for the period between September 2008 and March 2009.

The report also draws on Advisor Impact’s Economics of Loyalty study, conducted in 2008, which examines the links between client satisfaction and client profitability.
