In each of its 2024 Report Cards, Investment Executive asked financial advisors or planners how likely they would be to recommend the firms or banks for which they worked to other professionals, on a scale of zero to 10 (with 10 being most likely).

Those recommendation ratings were used to determine firms’ Net Promoter Score® (NPS®) results in each of the Brokerage, Dealer and Bank Report Cards. There was also a collective NPS for each of the channels and for the financial advice industry as a whole.
