Unitholders of Mackenzie Saxon U.S. Small Cap Fund and Mackenzie Saxon Global Small Cap Fund have approved resolutions to terminate the funds, Mackenzie Financial Corp. said Monday.
The terminations were approved at special meetings held November 12.
The funds will make a final distribution of any income and capital gains on or about January 21.
Prior to the termination date, unitholders may switch into another Mackenzie fund.
