Transamerica Life Canada has named Dynamic Funds an approved partner, making Dynamic’s funds eligible for inclusion in the TOP Portfolios.

Dynamic joins nine other partner firms whose funds are eligible for selection by the TOP management team.

“Dynamic brings a lot to the table in terms of funds that we feel will complement our portfolios very nicely. They have produced strong results with seasoned managers, and we believe that we can leverage their expertise to benefit our TOP investors,” said Geraldo Ferreira, vice president of product development and management at Transamerica Life Canada and AEGON Fund Management in a release.

The TOP Portfolios are optimized fund-of-funds portfolios that hold third-party funds selected from qualified fund partners, including AEGON Fund Management, AGF Funds, Brandes Investment Partners, CI Investments, Fidelity Investments, Franklin Templeton Investments, Invesco Trimark, Mackenzie Investments, TD Mutual Funds, and now Dynamic Funds.

TOP Portfolios are available as mutual funds through AEGON Fund Management and as segregated funds (Transamerica GIF and Five for Life) through Transamerica Life Canada.
