At a special meeting held in Toronto yesterday, the shareholders of all three Terra Firma labour sponsored funds voted in favour of passing a special resolution to provide for the mandatory redemption of the issued and outstanding class A shares of the funds.
All issued and outstanding class A shares of three funds will be redeemed as of October 19.
