Integra Capital announced a couple of portfolio manager changes today.

Effective August 26, Sterling Capital Management LLC will provide portfolio management services for the Integra U.S. Small Cap Fund’s entire portfolio. Rice Hall James & Associates LLC will no longer provide portfolio management services to the fund.

Also effective August 26, State Street Global Advisors Ltd. is replacing Gryphon Investment Counsel Inc. as portfolio manager of one-half of the Integra Bond Fund. Lincluden Management Ltd. remains as portfolio manager of the other half of the fund.
