Russell Investments Canada Ltd. Wednesday announced sub-advisor changes in the Russell Sovereign Investment Program and LifePoints Portfolios.

Legg Mason Capital Management Inc. and PENN Capital Management Company, Inc. have been added to the Russell US Equity Pool, part of the Russell Sovereign Investment Program.

Turner Investment Partners, Inc. and Fuller & Thaler Asset Management, Inc. are no longer sub-advisors in the US Equity Pool.

Legg Mason has also been added to the Russell US Equity Fund, an underlying fund in LifePoints Portfolios.

Coincident with this appointment, Turner is no longer a sub-adviser in the US Equity Fund.
