Ridgewood Capital Asset Management Inc. plans to terminate Ridgewood Global Equity Fund, effective April 30, the company announced Friday.
As a result, the investment activities of the fund will be suspended and, effectively immediately, the fund will be closed to new purchases of units.
“This decision was made primarily as a result of the small number of unitholders and assets under
management in the fund,” Ridgewood says.
