Renaissance Investments today introduced two new products to its line-up: Renaissance Global Infrastructure Fund and Renaissance Optimal Income Portfolio.

Renaissance Global Infrastructure Fund offers investors access to the unique infrastructure asset class, which until recently has been predominantly available only to institutional investors.

Renaissance explains that some of the key features of infrastructure investing are long-term stable returns, access to a growing market, strong portfolio diversification, attractive yields and a natural inflation hedge.

The fund is sub-advised by RARE Infrastructure Ltd., an investment manager based in Sydney, Australia specializing in the infrastructure sector. The firm has a combined experience of more than 70 years in this asset class. RARE’s investment process includes quantitative and qualitative assessments to select a final portfolio of approximately 30 – 60 stocks from a universe of 40,000 globally listed securities.

The new Renaissance Optimal Income Portfolio is being promoted as an all-in-one income solution designed to meet the various income needs of investors. The portfolio offers broad diversification through a multi-manager strategic mix of mutual funds, including the Renaissance Global Infrastructure Fund, designed to maximize return potential, manage risk, and protect against inflation. The portfolio also offers consistent and tax-efficient cash flow through its 4%, 6% or 8% payout options that may include a return of capital component.

Renaissance Optimal Income Portfolio is composed of Renaissance Global Infrastructure Fund; Renaissance Canadian Dividend Income Fund; Renaissance Canadian Bond Fund; Renaissance Canadian High Yield Bond Fund; Renaissance Global Bond Fund; and Renaissance Canadian Real Return Bond Fund.
