The portfolio manager for BMO Guardian Global Small Cap Fund will change, BMO Investments Inc. says.

Effective August 20, Montreal-based Global Alpha Capital Management Ltd. will assume management of the fund from RCM Capital Management LLC.

In addition, BNY Mellon Asset Management Canada Ltd. will be engaged to provide portfolio transition services.

Global Alpha is an affiliate of Connor, Clark and Lunn Financial Group and is focused exclusively on global small cap equities. The firm’s core style combines growth and value characteristics.
