Vancouver-based OceanRock Investments Inc. has cut the maximum annual management fees for the Series F units of all of its funds.
The new fees, which are in effect, will range from 0.6% to 0.9%, down from 0.75% to 1.25%, according to the firm’s announcement released Friday

OceanRock is known for its focus on responsible investing through its Meritas fund lineup. The firm is a wholly owned subsidiary of Vancouver-based Qtrade Financial Group, which is a member of Lévis, Que.-based Desjardins Group.
