UBS Global Allocation Trust, an investment trust trading on The Toronto Stock Exchange, announced today that its manager, UBS Global Asset Management (Canada) Co., is changing the trustee, custodian and provider of fund accounting of the trust to CIBC Mellon Trust Co.

The change will take effect in September 2006 upon successful transition to CIBC Mellon, the new trustee, custodian and provider of fund accounting services.

The investment strategies of UBS Global Allocation Trust are: (i) active global asset allocation across seven asset classes of global stocks and bonds; (ii) active security selection, based on a price/intrinsic value methodology; and (iii) an active global currency overlay.
