Dynamic Funds is launching new web-based tool that helps advisors deliver customized, value-added service to clients around different life-altering events, the unit of DundeeWealth Inc. said Monday.
The program, known as Snapshots, provides advisors with valuable information to make it easier to communicate with their clients in anticipation or in response to key events such as parenthood, divorce, an ailing parent, retirement, death of a spouse and leaving a job.
“Snapshots is a perfect example of how we are focused on strengthening our relationship with the advisor community through innovative online resources,” says Jordy Chilcott, executive vice president, Dynamic Funds.” “Snapshots enables advisors to respond to their clients quickly and with a personal touch, at key life stages when it is absolutely crucial.”
Components of the program include:
• investor-friendly articles written in plain language about financial and non-financial issues connected to life events;
• an easy-to-use eNewsletter builder that allows advisors to package articles and information for investors in a personalized manner;
• an advisor education section that provides in depth Q&As to facilitate a dialogue between advisors and investors; and
• CE courses that provide advisors with technical knowledge to help them serve their clients with life event specific issues.
Advisors who have been piloting the program since early April are impressed with the depth and breadth of the program, Dynamic says.
The new program enhances DundeeWealth’s newest advisor engagement program — What Does Your Recovery Look Like? — designed to help advisors establish their own recovery outlook, prepare for client meetings, evaluate new client goals and needs, and get investors off the sidelines.
