RBC Global Asset Management Inc. Monday announced several RBC Private Pools will change their names, effective immediately, upon the renewal of the RBC Private Pools 2013 Simplified Prospectus.
The new names are:
> RBC Private U.S. Large Cap Equity Pool becomes RBC Private U.S. Large-Cap Core Equity Pool;
> RBC Private U.S. Large Cap Equity Currency Neutral Pool becomes RBC Private U.S. Large-Cap Core Equity Currency Neutral Pool;
> RBC Private U.S. Value Equity Pool becomes RBC Private U.S. Large-Cap Value Equity Pool; and
> RBC Private U.S. Value Equity Currency Neutral Pool becomes RBC Private U.S. Large-Cap Value Equity Currency Neutral Pool.
These are name changes only. The investment objectives and strategies of the pools have not changed.
RBC says the new names more clearly identify the pools’ investment process and the types of investment the pools hold.
