MSP Maxxum Trust unitholders have approved a resolution to merge the trust into Mackenzie Maxxum Dividend Class, Mackenzie Financial said Monday.
The trust’s units are expected to be delisted from the TSX after the close of trading on June 24.
The merger is expected to be completed on June 26.
