Ottawa-based MD Financial Management Inc. (MD), a Canadian Medical Association (CMA)–owned financial management organization, and the Federation of Medical Women of Canada (FMWC) announced on Monday a collaborative partnership that makes MD the exclusive financial services’ partner of the FMWC.
“We are pleased to partner with the FMWC to assist in their commitment to the professional, social and personal advancement of women physicians,” said Mike Gassewitz, MD’s executive vice president of member solutions.

In addition, to support women during their medical studies, MD is providing financial assistance to female medical students to attend FMWC’s AGM “Women Physicians: Power in Partnership”, Sept. 25 to 27.
