Matrix Funds Management says that the special meetings of unitholders of Matrix Sierra Equity Fund, Matrix Strategic Yield Fund and Matrix Asia Pacific Fund scheduled for June 22, were adjourned due to lack of quorum.

The adjourned meetings will be held on Friday, June 29, at the Matrix Funds Management offices in Toronto.
