Invesco Trimark Ltd. announced today that effective immediately, it is reopening Trimark Global Endeavour Fund, Trimark Global Endeavour Class and Trimark Global Mid-Cap Equity Private Pool to new investors.

The three funds invest primarily in medium-sized, industry-leading global companies.

Invesco Trimark had closed the funds to new investors on July 13, 2007. At the time, medium-sized companies were trading at a premium to large-capitalization companies, which, when combined with the funds; growing size, made it more difficult for the portfolio management team to find new investment ideas at attractive prices.

“The investment team made the decision to reopen these funds due to the increased availability of high-quality, medium-sized companies that are trading today at attractive discounts to their estimated intrinsic value as a result of recent market declines,” Invesco Trimark said in a release.

Series D units of Trimark Global Endeavour Fund will remain closed to new investors. Investors already holding such units in an account may continue to buy them.
