Invesco Canada announces effective management fee reductions

Cuts to two funds follow reductions in management fees of underlying PowerShares ETFs

Toronto-based Invesco Canada Ltd. Wednesday announced the reduction of effective management fees for two of its PowerShares mutual funds.

The fee reductions on PowerShares FTSE RAFI Emerging Markets Fundamental Class and PowerShares FTSE RAFI Global+ Fundamental Fund were effective November 21, and result from reductions in the management fees of the underlying Invesco PowerShares exchange-traded funds (ETFs) held by of each of the funds.

For PowerShares FTSE RAFI Emerging Markets Fundamental Class, Series A, the management fee is 1.05%, the prior effective management fee was 1.90%, and the new effective management fee is 1.54%. For Series F, the management fee is 0.05%, the prior effective management fee was 0.90%, and the new effective management fee is 0.54%.

For PowerShares FTSE RAFI Global+ Fundamental Fund, Series A, the management fee is 1.05%, the prior effective management fee was 1.68%, and the new effective management fee is 1.44%. For Series F, the management fee is 0.05%, the prior effective management fee was 0.68%, and the new effective management fee is 0.44%.
