Integra Capital is overhauling its fund family with new names, new management and new trustees.

Effective immediately the eight ICM Funds will be renamed the Integra Funds. Beutel Goodman & Company Ltd. will replace BonaVista Asset Management Ltd as a portfolio manager of the Integra Canadian Value Growth Fund. Also, J. Zechner Associates will manage 10% of the Integra Balanced Fund.

And, Integra Capital Ltd. has assumed the management and trusteeship of the Integra mutual funds and ICL will replace Integra Capital Corp. as the investment manager of these funds.
