IA Clarington Investments Inc. today announced that the former IA Funds, R Funds and Clarington Funds (the funds) have been renamed to be consistent with the corporate brand “IA Clarington.”

“The re-branding of our funds marks the culmination of an integration that began more than a year ago when Industrial Alliance and Clarington decided to come together,” said David Scandiffio, president, IA Clarington, in a news release. “Simultaneously, we are unveiling our new image and tag line — ‘be invested,’ which speaks to the importance of participating in the markets and being engaged in whatever one does. At IA Clarington, we are fully invested in working with financial advisors to help their clients achieve financial freedom, so that they, in turn, can be personally invested in whatever it is they want from life.”

IA Clarington’s new brand image can be seen on the company’s new marketing material and advertising.

Investors and advisors should be advised that, effective immediately, the funds will be reported as IA Clarington Funds in the mutual fund reports of daily newspapers and online information services.
