Counsel Group of Funds Inc. has appointed Forum Partners Europe (UK) LLP as the sub-advisor for Counsel Global Real Estate, Counsel said Thursday.

Forum Partners will replace Citi Property Investors, a division of Citigroup Alternative Investments LLC, effective July 1.

Counsel Global Real Estate is an underlying fund to Counsel Conservative Portfolio, Counsel Regular Pay Portfolio, Counsel Balanced Portfolio, Counsel Growth Portfolio, Counsel All Equity Portfolio and Counsel World Managed Portfolio.

Toronto-based Counsel Group of Funds Inc. is wholly owned by Investment Planning Counsel Inc.
