Toronto-based Evolve Funds Group Inc. has assumed management responsibilities for the Sphere ETFs, as approved by unitsholders of the funds at special meetings on Dec. 11, 2017, the company announced Monday.

The Sphere ETFs include:

> Sphere FTSE Canada Sustainable Yield Index ETF
> Sphere FTSE Europe Sustainable Yield Index ETF
> Sphere FTSE Emerging Markets Sustainable Yield Index ETF

Evolve intends to change the names of the funds in the near future, the company says in a news release.
