Dynamic Funds, a division of Bank of Nova Scotia’s 1832 Asset Management L.P., has launched an alternative mutual fund, the investment manager announced Monday.
Dynamic Real Estate & Infrastructure Income II Fund is Dynamic’s third liquid alternative offering, the firm said in a news release. The fund invests in real assets such as real estate and infrastructure, and provides a monthly income stream. It uses alternative tools to enhance its potential for risk-adjusted performance.
The fund is managed by Tom Dicker, Frank Latshaw and Oscar Belaiche.
