CMDF Venture Fund Inc. and CMDF Early Stage Fund Inc. announced that the amalgamation of the funds was completed on August 31. The continuing fund is now carrying on business as Canadian Medical Discoveries Fund II Inc./Fonds de découvertes médicales canadiennes II Inc. (“CMDF II”).
