The CI First Asset Global Asset Allocation ETF is now trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
In a press release issued Monday, Toronto-based CI First Asset Exchange Traded Funds, a division of CI Investments Inc., said the fund aims to create “income and long-term capital growth” by investing in equity and fixed-income securities of countries and companies from anywhere in the world. The fund is actively managed by Signature Global Asset Management.
The ETF’s facts document shows that the fund has a “low to medium” risk rating, with an annual management fee of 0.60%.
On Friday, CI’s Skylon Growth & Income Trust merged with the CI First Asset Global Asset Allocation ETF. Unitholders of the Skylon fund received approximately 0.35 units of the ETF for each unit of the fund held, CI said in a release.
