Caldwell Investment Management Ltd. announced Friday that it intends to seek approval of the unitholders of Caldwell America Fund, at a special meeting to be held on or about July 4, to change the fund’s investment objective.
If approved, Caldwell said ir intends to change the investment objective and strategies of Caldwell America Fund and to change the name of Caldwell America Fund to Caldwell Exchange Fund.
