Toronto-based BMO Investments Inc. Tuesday announced enhancements to its mutual fund lineup.
BMO has reduced the Series F management fees across its mutual fund lineup, providing investors with increased access to lower cost mutual funds within fee-based accounts. BMO offers 67 Series F mutual funds.
“Fee-based investing is an important market segment in the advisor industry and one in which we’re committed to building our capabilities,” says Kevin Gopaul, senior vice president and chief investment officer, BMO Asset Management Inc.
“These latest reductions to our Series F fees make it easier for Canadian investors seeking innovative products to access a wider variety of funds at a lower cost.”
BMO also announced that it is now offering new BMO Mutual Funds – Series D, a suite of 33 funds currently available exclusively through BMO InvestorLine.
Series D provides BMO InvestorLine self-directed clients with access to a full suite of professionally managed mutual funds at a low cost.
“BMO created Series D funds specifically for our InvestorLine self-directed clients in order to provide them with access to low-fee mutual fund options,” says Julie Barker-Merz, president, BMO InvestorLine.
