Artemis Investment Management today announced the offering of a fund of funds, through private placement, to provide accredited Canadian investors the opportunity to invest in large, U.S.-based private equity funds managed by some of the world’s pre-eminent private equity managers.

The investment objective of Elite Private Equity L.P is to provide unit holders of the fund with the opportunity to invest in a portfolio of specified large private equity buyout funds focused primarily on North American investments, including: The Carlyle Group; The Blackstone Group; Thomas H. Lee Partners; and Clayton, Dubilier & Rice.
