AIM Trimark Investments says that its customer contact centre has been ranked the industry’s best high-call-volume contact centre for the third consecutive year, according to Environics Research Group.

The Environics’s annual Call Audit Study measures client relations representatives on various attributes including professionalism, initiative, knowledge, credibility, efficiency and value-added services.

Environics determined that AIM Trimark provided the best customer service among the high-volume peer group, with a score of 85.3 out of a possible 100 points.
