Wellington West Capital Markets Inc. is beefing up its coverage of the energy sector.

The firm announced that Kim Page has joined the firm as an energy analyst and partner. Page has worked as a ranked analyst at various firms including, RBC Capital Markets, BMO Nesbitt Burns, and, most recently, First Associates.

Prior to becoming an analyst, Page worked in corporate lending within the CIBC Oil & Gas Group.

Institutional equities firm, Wellington West Capital has approximately 20 professionals in equity research, institutional sales and trading, and corporate finance. It is focusing on the mining, energy, and technology, sectors; and, a broad range of business trusts and special situations.
