Sprott Asset Management LP has appointed Peter Loach to the position of executive vice president of product development, the company announced on Friday.
Sprott Asset Management is a business unit of Sprott Inc. and manager of the Sprott family of mutual funds, hedge funds and discretionary managed accounts.
Loach is a well-known fund analyst in Canada. He formerly held the position of managing director and vice president of investment fund research at BMO Nesbitt Burns, where he managed an investment fund research team that was responsible for evaluating retail mutual funds, hedge funds, structured notes and private equity funds.
