Toronto-based Signal Hill Equity Partners today announced the addition of Brent Bieber to its investment team of professionals.
Bieber has joined the private equity firm in its Calgary office as vice president of business development and will focus on identifying and evaluating potential investments within Western Canada.
Prior to joining Signal Hill, Bieber worked in the investment banking groups of Paradigm Capital and CIBC World Markets where he spent over six years working with companies operating in the energy sector.
He holds an M.B.A. (Ivey Scholar) from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Management degree (with Great Distinction) from the University of Lethbridge.
